I check callofdutyleague.com for CDL news, but it feels like the site is always playing catch-up. Half the time the updates show up after everyone on Twitter or Reddit has already talked the topic to death, so it ends up feeling like some lazy afterthought.

The articles are usually super short and kind of useless, mostly basic recap stuff that doesn’t tell me anything new. Even finding match info can be annoying, which is wild for an official league site. It should not feel like a scavenger hunt just to get basic details.

For something that’s supposed to represent the league, I expected way better. Right now the whole thing feels empty, slow, and a bit amateur-hour, so I barely see a reason to visit unless I’m desperate

I’m not trying to nitpick, but the standings always seem off whenever I check them. It’s frustrating because I expect the scores to be accurate, and they just never look right to me.

I went to the live event expecting a decent experience, but it was disappointing. The lines were ridiculously long, the staff seemed confused most of the time, and the seating information we were given ended up being wrong. For the price and effort it took to go, it really didn’t feel worth it. I don’t see myself going again

I’ve tried using Call of Duty League Shop a few times, and uh, it’s been frustrating. The pages load slowly, the streams buffer here and there, and the site froze on my phone twice. It looks decent when it actually works, but the tech side definitely needs some work.

At first, the prices seemed reasonable, so I thought it was a decent deal. Then the extra fees started popping up and suddenly the total was way higher than I expected. Like, make it make sense. By the end, it just didn’t feel worth it, and I probably won’t use it again.

I went on callofdutyleague.com trying to check team rosters and player pages, but a lot of it felt outdated or just missing. Some of the pages are kind of confusing, and when trades or lineup changes happen, they don’t really make it clear. For the official CDL site, it should be way more accurate. If you actually follow the league closely, it’s useless

Not gonna lie, I was frustrated with the support here. I messaged them because my ticket code wasn’t showing up, and it took a few days before I got any kind of response.

When they finally replied, it was really short and didn’t actually solve the issue, so I had to follow up again. The site itself is fine, but the support feels slow and kind of annoying to deal with.

It’s getting frustrating. Sometimes it seems like they want fan feedback, but then they barely respond or acknowledge what people are saying. It kind of feels like the community is being ignored, even though we’re still here trying to support them.

I ended up paying twice and still never got my event tickets... super frustrating 🙃

I’ve been checking back and my rewards are missing again. Not saying anything is being handled wrong on purpose, but it definitely feels like the drop tracking isn’t working the way it should.

I had to try logging in twice before it finally went through, and the email with the code took longer than I expected. Once I was in, everything seemed fine, but the whole login process just gave off a slightly frustrating, unfinished feel. Not terrible, but definitely more annoying than it should be.

The jersey showed up way later than expected, and when I reached out about it, I felt like I was being talked down to instead of helped. Once it finally arrived, the shirt quality was just okay. Not terrible, but definitely not worth the wait or the hassle.

I tried watching on callofdutyleague.com and the livestream was rough. It kept freezing, the audio got out of sync, and then it randomly sent me all the way back to the beginning. My internet was working fine everywhere else, so I’m not really sure what was going on. It’s literally so frustrating when it happens right in the middle of a close map.

I tried using the site, but it was annoying trying to find what I needed. Even my sister looked with me for a bit and we were both clicking around way too much. It could definitely be easier to navigate.

I mostly use callofdutyleague.com to see when matches are happening, and maybe I’m just unlucky, but the schedule has been off for me a few times.
Sometimes it looks like the times are outdated, or it doesn’t update very fast when a match gets moved. I second-guessed myself the first time it happened, but I ended up missing part of a game because I trusted what was listed there.
The site is still fine for browsing around and checking general league stuff, but for actual match times I don’t really feel comfortable relying on it anymore. I usually double check somewhere else now, which is kind of annoying.
